These checkboxes control how much information Audiator Live! should log. Various events
post messages to the event log, but it is up to you which of these are saved, and which are
ignored. If you would like to view the Event Log, it can be found on the Other tab of the
main configuration dialog.
The first checkbox determines whether Audiator Live! should log Error events. Errors are problems that cannot be recovered from, for example, the database is corrupt. If this box is ticked, then any errors will be logged. If it is left unticked, all error events will be discarded.
The second checkbox determines whether Audiator Live! should log Warning events. Warnings are problems that are non serious. Usually it means what you have asked Audiator to do cannot be completed, but it is a temporary problem, and Audiator will continue to function normally. If this box is ticked, then any warnings will be logged. If it is left unticked, all warning events will be discarded.
The third checkbox determines whether Audiator Live! should log Information events. These are messages that let you know what Audiator is doing, such as scanning the SoundPacks directory for files you haven't yet imported. They are useful if something doesn't seem to be working correctly, and you'd like to find out a bit more as to why. If this box is ticked, then all information events will be logged. If it is left unticked, all information events will be discarded.
